Rick was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He also kindly included some extras at no additional charge. Ryan clearly was very experienced as an installer. Also, he was friendly and took whatever time was needed to get the job done right. Further, at no charge he fixed the internal device (Button)used to lift one of the doors. Finally, he gave us a new handheld remote to replace our broken one.
